Fantastic results at the JKA WF America National Championships, Santa Fe, 2009.

We are proud that our Dojo member, Marco Maciel became the USA Men's Individual Kumite Champion; Jude Pinto retained his Children's Kumite Champion Title for the 2nd year, and got a silver medal in the Kata event; Savio Pinto placed 3rd in the Men's Individual Kata event; and our Men's Team, consisting of Savio Pinto, Marco maciel & Arjun Singh won Bronze medals in both the kata and Kumite events.

Congratulations to all who passed their Kyu Grading on May 30, 2009.

The JKA April 2009 International Spring Gasshuku, Tokyo, Japan.

There were 95 participants from overseas and 237 from Japan during the JKA HQ Spring 2009 Gasshuku (April 16 - 19).

Emphasis was on Kihon, Kata and Kumite.

Sensei Koyama, Sensei Nagatomo and Sensei Dhawan attended the Camp on behalf of the JKAWF America.
